Favorite Beer: “I’m not really a beer person, but I love our Sangria”

Favorite Musician/Band: As an Irish Dancer, it’s a sin not to love Irish Music.

Born and raised in Door County, Susan can be found in the Sister Bay Wild Tomato Go Wild carryout, entering her seventh year at Tomato, she is one of the longest standing team members.

“I love and work best in a fast-paced environment, so the Tomato and I fit well. But, I keep coming back every year because it truly feels like one enormous, caring and hilarious pizza-loving family,” says Susan.

When she’s not kicking butt in carryout, you can find her interning at Make-A-Wish Foundation in Appleton or heading up her non-profit Operation Not Alone.* Other than donating her time to great causes she loves to kayak or relax on the beach in her hometown of Egg Harbor.

This September Susan will head to UW-Oshkosh to finish her degree and when she’s she hopes to take her non-profit organization to the next level and make it her full time gig. Until then when she’s in town you have a good chance finding her at Door County Coffee enjoying a Cherry Blossom Latte or taking in the sunset at Fred and Fuzzy’s over dinner.
