January Donation Creation

Nothing goes better with books than MEATBALLS! To coincide with their 10th annual Door County Reads program, this month’s Donation Creation recipient is Friends of Door County Libraries.

The pizza features meatballs, wilted spinach, housemade giardiniera, red onion over a sun dried tomato basil sauce and finished with a goat cheese and mozzarella fondue.

The Friends of Door County Libraries supports our county’s libraries through volunteer support, fundraising, and advocacy work. Their annual Door County Reads program provides a pre-selected book free-of-cost to participants. The program spans three months and includes book discussions at various libraries, with a kick-off party on Jan 23 and a film screening at the beginning of February.

This month, customers can eat the Donation Creation knowing they are supporting an organization that supports a vital Door County service.
