February’s Donation Creation
This month’s pizza is Italian spiced Waseda Farms pork belly, roasted zucchini, SDT, red onion jam, and spinach over a red wine tomato sauce base, finished with wild ramp goat cheese on our whole grain crust.
We are proud to support Peninsula Preschool this month. Our youngest son had the pleasure of attending this school for two years and what they are learning there is truly special.
We are looking for feedback on the whole grain crust. Britt developed this recipe over the winter and we are hoping to launch it this spring as a lighter pizza option.
