With so many visitors and tourists in town, it's someties easy to forget where we are- and forget about the fantastic stuff that's made here.

Ale Asylum is known for beers like Hopalicious and Madtown Nut Brown (our favorite!). And while Unshadowed has been on tap at the Madison, WI brewery since 2006, it only recently started widespread distribution throughout the Midwest. Unshadowed is a classic German-styled Hefeweizen, clocking in at 5.5% ABV. Light, lemony and effervescent, this is a summer beer through and through.

While this next beer beer made only a brief appearance on tap at Wild Tomato, it was an absolute hit. Scream IIPA is part of New Glarus' Thumbprint series, which is a line of experimental styles from the iconic Wisconsin brewery. Scream is a double IPA that boasts an impressive 85 IBUs and 9% ABV, while still managing to be silky smooth, with plenty of hops and a splash of citrus.

Just south of Door County, you'll find Hinterland Beer, in the heart of Green Bay, WI. This small artisanal brewery is focused on brewing traditional styles with maximum flavor. Hinterland's Luna Stout is bold and rich, with prominent coffee and chocolate flavors. It checks in at only 5.6% ABV, making it a surprisingly sessionable dark beer, without compromising any flavor.

While we love a good beer, we can't get enough of Rishi Tea. While it's getting too warm to really enjoy hot tea, we use Rishi's Classic Black Tea to brew our iced tea. Rishi is equally skilled in perfecting classic varieties and experimenting with innovative blends. When it cools down again, we pull out their Jade Cloud, Blueberry Rooibos, Ginger Turneric and Scarlet varieties to keep us cozy.
