Happy 1st of February! Snow is on the ground, we’ve gone through freezing temps…. now is it spring yet?! 🌷

This creation is a chili-lime dry rubbed pork shoulder, Reinvent Ferment’s Kimchi, and red onion, over a Gochujang BBQ base, and finished with micro cilantro and a hot honey drizzle… little spicy, but AMAZING! 😍 It is benefitting the Door County Maritime Museum.
We are also selling Reinvent Ferment’s Kimchi in the restaurants, so if you love the pizza, take home a jar of Kimchi with you! They are also donating $1 of each jar sold to the Maritime Museum! 👍🏻
