The February Donation Creation features beer unfused wild boar sausage with onion jam, bacon, purple potatoes, over a Mustard Aioli base, finished with rosemary and arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette.

The Donation Creation started after opening the first Wild Tomato location in Fish Creek over 10 years ago. The Donation Creation is a monthly pizza feature in which $1 of each pizza sold goes back to the select non-profit of that month.
To this date, Wild Tomato has donated over $40,000 to local Door County non-profit organizations.
