Snow is on the ground, we’ve gone through freezing temps…. now is it spring yet?
The February Donation Creation it features oven roasted turkey breast, Granny Smith apples, and Brie cheese, over a citrus olive oil base. Finished with an arugula salad and balsamic reduction drizzle.

The Donation Creation started after opening the first Wild Tomato location in Fish Creek over 10 years ago. The Donation Creation is a monthly pizza feature in which $1 of each pizza sold goes back to the select non-profit of that month.
To this date Wild Tomato has donated over $40,000 to local Door County non-profit organizations.
