The Donation Creation is a monthly feature in which our kitchen gets to come up with a creative pizza to benefit a Door County Nonprofit. During the month, $1 of each pizza ordered goes straight to the featured Nonprofit.

Pizza Birria
Birria (slow-cooked shredded beef marinated in a Mexican adobo), mozzarella cheese, red onions, cilantro, and Oaxaca cheese, finished with a garlic and lime sour cream drizzle.
The beneficiary is Open Door Pride.

We're excited to introduce the May Donation Creation Pizza, which commemorates the 15th anniversary of FM 106.9 The Lodge and Wild Tomato Pizza! The Lodge Pizza features pepperoni, ham, fresh mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. The beneficiary this month is Gibraltar Ecology Club.

Our April Donation Creation Pizza features House-made porchetta, asparagus, yellow peppers, crimini mushrooms, and roasted red onions, over a sun-dried tomato sauce. Finished with stracciatella cheese, and chive oil drizzle. The beneficiary this month is Door-Tran.

Our March Donation Creation features Homemade Lamb Merguez Sausage, yellow peppers, red onions, green onions, kalamata olives, cilantro, and feta cheese over Muhammara sauce and finished with tzatziki drizzle. The beneficiary this month is Sevastopol Destination Imagination.

The recipient this month is World Central Kitchen. WCK is first to the frontlines, providing meals in response to humanitarian, climate, and community crises. WCK has established meal sites at all 8 Poland-Ukraine border crossings to provide meals for families.
