The Donation Creation is a monthly feature in which our kitchen gets to come up with a creative pizza to benefit a Door County Nonprofit. During the month, $1 of each pizza ordered goes straight to the featured Nonprofit.
Wild Duck & Pumpkin Sausage
Fall is here… And the first day of October only means one thing… A new Donation Creation! It features: Duck confit, home-made pumpkin sausage, dried cherries, pickled red onion, spinach, and Door County Creamery cinnamon chevre over sage-infused olive oil. Perfect for pairing with an Oktoberfest beer.
Late Summer Harvest Pizza
A new month calls for a new Donation Creation: Late Summer Harvest Pizza! It features slow-cooked Chicken, bacon, corn, sun-dried tomatoes, red onions, and spinach, finished with pepper jack and cheddar cheese over a ranch base.
The first of the month calls for a new Donation Creation! It features crispy chicken, tomato, marinated red and yellow peppers, red onions, arugula, feta cheese with small dollops of hummus and cilantro, over a lemon oil base.
We are so excited to announce that this month’s Donation Creation is the Ninth Annual Thai Pie! It features grilled chicken, yellow & red bell peppers, red onions, over a green curry cream base finished with fresh basil, cilantro, pea shoots, carrots and a chili lime drizzle.

It features chicken, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, goat cheese over a pepperoni, and sun-dried tomato sauce finished with arugula and balsamic drizzle and fennel pollen. The flavors are infinite!
Happy 1st of May! The 1st calls for a new Donation Creation: The May Donation Creation features roasted pork cheeks, fiddleheads, shiitake mushroom, romanesco broccoli, over an asparagus pesto base, finished with lemon garlic creme fraiche.
Say hello to the April Donation Creation Pizza! The April Donation Creation features Honey sriracha chicken, baby corn, roasted cauliflower, pineapple, shishito pepper, over a chile-lime base, finished with cilantro and Asian coleslaw.
The March Donation Creation features chorizo sausage, smoked shredded chicken, yellow peppers, red peppers, Spanish onions, over a crushed tomato queso base, finished with chimichurri pesto.
The February Donation Creation features beer unfused wild boar sausage with onion jam, bacon, purple potatoes, over a Mustard Aioli base, finished with rosemary and arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette.
Happy Holidays!!! December is here and a new month calls for a new Donation Creation! It features: Lamb meatballs, roasted red and green peppers, roasted red onions and spinach. Finished with an herb crème fraîche and Lebanese spiced tomato sauce base, with a sesame seed crust.

This month, we decided that the proceeds with go to all the Wild Tomato and WRC restaurants employees who have been impacted by the economic crisis due to the COVID-19. The April Donation Creation is SPRING TIME BBQ!!! It features BBQ Sauce, Slow Roasted Pork, Caramelized Onions, Fresh Carrots, Diced Tomatoes, Cilantro. Finished with Roasted Corn Crema and Crispy Potatoes.
Happy March! Are you ready for some warmer weather? The March Donation Creation features grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, cilantro, and habanero jack cheese, over a chipotle cream cheese base. Finished with a sweet corn and citrus slaw.
